Beautiful handwriting is an age-old art celebrated throughout history from as early as the Egyptian hieroglyphics back in 5000 BC, right up to now, the 21st Century. Few forms of art can achieve such monumental longevity. The ability to write is a gift and yet so few celebrate this natural talent. Nowadays, school children commonly develop computer and keyboard skills, rarely developing their unique personal expression… handwriting, something no computer can truly replicate. More than ever and since the advent of the printing press and the incredible progression to personal computers, writing is fading fast in our society.

It is our wish here at Penpushers Incorporated to keep the art of handwriting alive. We believe calligraphy is not an exact science. Writing styles do not have to conform precisely to recognised shapes and styles but form a true art, expressed uniquely when an individual has the artistic flair and passion for writing.
